Shipping policy
All pre-order items have an estimated arrival time after ordering. Please check the description of the specific item you ordered to see the estimated ship date. We give this timeframe strictly as an estimation because sometimes our shipments are late and delayed beyond our control. No refunds will be given for shipping delays.
ALL CHRISTMAS ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY NOVEMBER 15TH FOR ENSURED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY. We will provide no refunds for orders delivered late that are ordered after November 15th.
Every year, all orders placed during the month of December/January/ February (depending when it falls), the Chinese New Year will cause a 3-4 week delay in the shipment of your order. Our manufacturer will be shut down to celebrate their new year holiday, meaning our inventory shipments will be delayed. Please be aware of this before ordering.
USPS is experiencing delays and volume increases. We are shipping as normal, but USPS is often delaying packages in transit. This is totally out of our hands.
- Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. The most common reason for an undeliverable shipment is that the apartment or unit # has not been included.
- Any orders that have to be re-shipped due to insufficient address inputted by the customer will be charged the second shipping cost.
Once we drop off your package at the post office we can not provide any answers about transit time. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered in said time.
