Refund policy

  CLOTHING RETURN POLICY

PLEASE REACH OUT TO US ABOUT OUR NEW RETURNS ADDRESS. 


We sincerely hope you love your items from shop blush. Although, we understand all things do not workout. All clothing purchase are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT ONLY if postmarked within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. After this time frame your return will be considered late and will require a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. All markdowns/sale tab items, shoes, jewelry, and accessories are final sale.

Store credit will be issued for the cost of the item returned minus the original shipping fee. Once we receive your item please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Your store credit will be emailed to you after your return is processed.

STORE CREDITS EXPIRE AFTER 60 DAYS

We do not offer exchanges. If you need another size we suggest you order again and use your store credit on something else.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Email  loveshopblush@gmail.com for return address and instructions. The customer must afford the shipping cost to return items.


EXCLUSIVES RETURN POLICY

All exclusive items are final sale. We have a NO return, refund, or exchange policy on any exclusive items. Orders placed with a 25% off discount or more will not be eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.  All pre-order items have an ESTIMATED shipping date, displayed in the description of each individual item, from the date of your order. Shipping times may vary and are strictly an estimation. In some cases, an item may take longer to receive. Shipping delays and unforeseen circumstances can cause delays in your orders delivery.  No refunds will be given for shipping delays. Please be mindful of this before ordering.

Any items returned outside of the criteria of our policy above, will endure a 25% restocking fee from the store credit issued. 

If your item arrives with damages, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery of your order for a replacement or store credit. We understand items can become damaged in transit. 

What we classify as damaged:

•Broken clasp

•Broken strap

•Tear in fabric

•Displayed scratch across material 

Color variation of items due to various lighting, editing, and photography lenses are not qualified as an issue or damaged. Items online can appear lighter and brighter due to the nature of flash photography. 

If an item you order happens to be back ordered, we will issue store credit. We will issue a store credit in the event it won’t ship within a reasonable timeframe. No refunds will be issued.

We have a 7 day damaged report policy in place to protect our small business from people using and damaging a product and then wanting a replacement. After this timeframe, we are NOT responsible for any issues with your order under any circumstances. Our items will be as close as possible in quality, but please do not expect perfection. Please note after an order is placed- we can not make any changes to an address after 24 hours, especially on preorder items. Please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order if you have any issues with the address inputed.  NO CANCELLATION of orders is accepted.

Keep in mind we use an overseas manufacturer. If your item has a smell, let it air out in an attic space or in a covered/shaded area outside for up to two-three weeks and the smell will subside. There will be no returns approved for items with a smell. We have never had a smell not subside after a few weeks. If you wish to have your item delayed by a few weeks we will let it air out at our facility per your request. Please be mindful of this before ordering! 

APPROVED RETURNS

If you choose to return your item, it must mailed out to us and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. We will not offer an exchange or store credit if an item is received after this time frame. You will be responsible for the cost of us shipping back the item to you. NO cancellation of orders is accepted. 


CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

The last day for ensured Christmas delivery of preorder items is November 1st. Your order must be placed by this date to ensure you will have your item by Christmas. 

LOST PACKAGES:

Once the package leaves our store it is up to USPS to get it delivered to you safely. If you believe your package is lost in transit please contact us so that we can file a claim with USPS. Upon completion of investigation by USPS, if your package can not be located we will provide a solution that best fits the customer. Packages must be in transit for 20 days before we can file a claim for missing mail. If you need more info use this link. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 

If there are any issues with your delivery please contact your local post office directly. We will not issue a refund back to card for any mistake by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.

****Please note we are NOT responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms a successful delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding any issues with your package.

We are not responsible for late, missing, or stolen mail.
